Your data
Privacy policy
This is a demo project: the workshop is made up, and enquiries go to the site's developer (northpine/studio), not to a real blacksmith.
In short
This site uses no cookies, advertising or visitor tracking, and stores nothing in your browser. We only receive your details when you send an enquiry yourself.
The enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we receive what you entered: your name, email or phone, your message, any details about the piece (type, budget, size, location), the work you asked about and any files you attached. We use them only to reply to your enquiry, which you agreed to.
- Email. The enquiry is sent by email through Brevo (an email delivery service in the EU). If you gave an email address, you get a copy.
- Files. Attached photos and sketches are stored in Cloudflare R2 storage in the European Union. The email contains links to them that work for 30 days.
- Retention. In this demo, enquiries and files are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Spam protection
To keep bots away from the form we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you send the form, Cloudflare checks technical signals from your browser to confirm a person is filling it in. Turnstile uses no advertising cookies and does not use this data to track you. More: Cloudflare Turnstile privacy terms.
Only a few enquiries can be sent from one address in a short time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@northpinestudio.lt. You can also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
On a real site
On the workshop's real website the data controller would be the blacksmith (full name and sole trader certificate number), and enquiries would be kept while the conversation lasts and for no longer than one year if no order follows.
