Forged for your place

A gate, a railing, a light or a piece of furniture: every job is designed for one particular house, yard or room.

What I make

Prices are a guide. You get an exact price in writing after the sketch, before any work starts.

Process

From first chat to fitting

A typical order takes 4-8 weeks. You always know where it stands: you get a sketch, a written price and photos from the workshop.

Start with a chat
  1. 1 day

    A conversation

Tell me what you need: the place, the size, the style and the budget. A photo or a sketch on a napkin is fine. I can come and measure if needed.

  2. about 1 week

    A sketch

I draw one or two options with measurements, and we go through the ornament, materials and finish together.

  3. the same day

    Price and date

You get an exact price and a finish date in writing. A deposit is paid when forging starts, the rest after fitting.

  4. 2-6 weeks

    Forging

It is made in the workshop. I send photos along the way, and you are welcome to come and see.

  5. 1-2 days

    Fitting

We deliver and fit anywhere in Lithuania, and leave care instructions.

What the price includes

  • Sketch and measuring on site
  • Materials and handwork
  • Finish: wax indoors, galvanising and paint outdoors
  • Delivery and fitting, if agreed

Where I work

The workshop is near Kėdainiai. I fit work all over Lithuania, most often in Kaunas, Vilnius and Panevėžys.

I work with architects and interior designers and can forge from your drawings.

Common questions

How much does a forged gate cost?

Simple garden gates start at about €900 and driveway gates at €1,800. Size, ornament and finish matter most. You get an exact price after the sketch.

Can you come and measure?

Yes. Measuring near Kėdainiai and in Kaunas is free; elsewhere we agree on travel costs.

Do you work from an architect’s drawings?

Yes, I can forge from your or your architect’s drawings, and suggest how to make a detail stronger or simpler if needed.

How do I look after forged work?

Indoor pieces only need a wipe of wax every few years. Outdoor work is galvanised and painted; a yearly check is enough.

Can I buy a finished piece?

Yes. Works with a price in the gallery are ready and can be bought straight away.
